|
THE TAO OF BYRON Whatever I give my attention to, wanted or unwanted, I am creating When I keep my attention on God, the details of how, when, and what to do become clear in divine order. Judgment causes separation, separation causes pain At this point in my spiritual evolution, I can't get away with anything. There are no accidents. There is a divine purpose in everything. Never assume anything. Whether we know it or not, we are all here to dance with God. It isn't an easy dance to learn. Our toes get stepped on. We fall down. But understanding this truth is ultimately what sanity is. When I can love myself totally without my music being in the equation, then I can have it appreciated and not be afraid the listener might discover I am not it’s equal. |

Self importance is a target open to all sorts of mental projections, jealousy, fear, greed, repulsion...that perpetually destabilize it.” Mathiew Ricard (Buddhist Monk) |
“When your desire feels so big that it feels unreachable, it is not
on the verge of manifestation. When your desire feels to you like it
is the next logical step, then it is on the verge of manifestation.” Abraham “The best it (psychoanalysis) can do is to bring us from minus ten to zero.” Martin Seligman To achieve peace of mind: 1. Ask for what you want without demanding 2. Accept whatever happens for now 3. Turn up your love Ken Keyes “The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free and good men die like dogs. There is also a negative side.” Hunter S. Thompson “I’ve upped my standards...now up yours.” Pat Paulson |
